Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Age Limit Group! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Please note, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods like supplements that expire quickly.
- Intimate or personal care items.
- Hazardous materials or flammable product.
To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How Do Refunds Work?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Didn’t Receive Your Refund?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, try the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Sometimes, there’s a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Can I Return Sale Items?
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
What About Exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at enquiry@agelimitgroup.com and send your item to:

What If I Received an Item as a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
How Do I Ship a Return?

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
